We have a new look… Calming Ground Interiors

Welcome to Calming Ground Interiors…

GROUNDED INTERIORS WITH A BOLD TOUCH!

Welcome to Calming Ground Interiors (formerly Catch Decor). A big thank you if you have supported me from the beginning under Catch Decor but it was time for a small change…

I have expanded our look to take into account the broader scope of our current work. In addition to the glam interiors, we work with modern rustic, global and transitional design styles. I work with clients to give them a customized look and some like rich colors while others like something more neutral but with plenty of texture.

It’s taken me some time but I’ve finally decided to to change our name and look to more align with our current aesthetic. I know some of you will miss the plum and gold and rich bold colors and don’t worry they are still very relevant.

I believe Calming Ground Interiors will blend well our new directions along with our basic principles we’ve had since the beginning. We have a new logo, brand colors and motto. Take a look at some of the elements went into our new feel…

Our new color scheme includes calming colors against a white backdrop along with black and green for contrast. Green also reminds me of tropical plants which takes me back to my many island travels. I definitely wanted to incorporate marble with goes well with a clean and classic aesthetic.

I’m also incorporating the snowdrop flower because it represents new beginnings and hope which goes well with our new rebranding. It also happens to be my birthday month flower! I found this quote below that sums up why the snowdrop is part of our business brand moving forward.

“No one can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.”- Maria Robinson

I look forward to this next stage in the business and sharing what we’ve been up to since COVID. So check out the latest in our portfolio as well as our latest blog posts. It’s been pretty busy and I appreciate meeting and working with all the new and old clients along the way.

So I hope you enjoy our new look! Take a peak around and let me know what you think. I’ll be updating the blog on a regular basis (lol hopefully) to go over our recent client home transformations step by step.

Here’s to new opportunities,

Tarsha
